We'll be at the canal on Sunday too, but I really prefer the river. I'm seriously thinking of getting Nordic ice skates since I already have the boots.
Cathy, Wesley and I will be there between 12pm and 3pm by my current guess.
Must be hard to skate on the river. I've tried before and didn't enjoy it. The surface was too uneven for me.
because of the heavy rain earlier that week, the surface was quite good. with long Nordic ice blade, it would be even better.
I looked up Nordic ice skates and now know what they look like. Interesting idea.
